Tattoo contests will be held on 10/8.
The winners will be decided by the panel of judges who are qualified artists with the distinctive and impartial scoring system.
The winners will be featured on the special issue of "Tattoo Tribal" magazine.
Also the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winners will receive special-made original trophies (which can be used as the real tattooing machine) donated by the tattoo supply shop WIZARD.
